Each unit keeps its own tire positions: axle 1 is that unit's front axle, then R/L for side and O/I for outer/inner. Tap a tire to open its record. Solid tires have a record. Amber or red fill means the last pressure was off the recommended figure, and a dot means the tire has a flag.
Legal minimum tread is treated as 1.5 mm. Pull points are your fleet's own replacement depths, so set them to suit your tires and work.

Weights come from your GoWeighHub ticket (the "Send weights to Go-TireHub" button), or type them in. Until then the legal limit is used. Every recommended pressure on this page follows these weights through the maker's load and inflation table. Duals share their wheel end in proportion to tire pressure, so a soft tire hands its load to its mate. At 0% (flat) the mate carries the whole wheel end.
| Group | Mass (t) | Tires | Per tire | Tire rating | Pressure needed (maker's table) | Mate carries if one goes soft | Against rating |
|---|
| Dual pair | Pressures (psi) | Split of wheel end | Heavier tire carries | Against rating |
|---|
This is an estimate. Real sharing also depends on tire size, wear and road camber, so treat it as a guide. Ratings come from each tire's load index (single/dual) at its rated pressure. Add it in the tire's record.
Enter each tire model once, from the manufacturer's Australian data sheet. Its load and inflation table then sets the cold pressure each tire needs for the weight it's actually carrying. Imported tires can differ from what's sold for Australian conditions, so every make links only to its Australian site, and makes without one are flagged for a suitability check.

Copy it from the manufacturer's Australian data sheet. The page works out the lowest cold pressure that carries each tire's actual load.
Makes one record of the tires fitted, every tire change and every check for this combination, by rego. On a phone it opens the share menu so you can email or message it straight to the office. On a computer it saves the file.

Wheel nut torque and re-torque distance come from each unit's own setup. Use the wheel or axle maker's figure, because it depends on the stud and nut system. Records here are built so a maintenance app or the tire fitter's records can feed into the same database later.
Group limits match GoWeighHub and follow the Heavy Vehicle National Law from 1 August 2026, when Concessional Mass Limits were folded into General Mass Limits: steer 6.0 t, twin steer 11.0 t, single axle (duals) 9.0 t, tandem 17.0 t, tri-axle 21.0 t (22.5 t at HML), quad-axle 21.0 t. The scheme total is the sum of the groups. HML needs accreditation and an approved route, and your notice, permit or the prime mover's GCM may set a lower limit, so go by the paperwork.
